Neproplast
Neproplast factory marks the beginning of Isam Khairi Kabbani Group in the business sector. It was established in 1968 as the first factory in the Middle East to produce PVC plastic pipes.
The former operations at the factory started with two extruders producing 300 tons annually. However, the factory's industrial capabilities flourished, and the regional product demand increased. Therefore, the production increased to 130,000 tons annually.
Neproplast has established itself as a market leader in manufacturing advanced plastic piping system products, with a sizable portfolio including various well-known and high-demand products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
SFSP
Specialized Factory for Steel Products (SFSP), the manufacturing arm of UNITECH Company, was established in 1989 in Saudi Arabia. The factory provides the construction sector in the MENA region with advanced light steel products through its state-of-the-art facilities, which are spread all over the region.
Zenith
Quality Supply Plastic Technology Factory Co. Ltd., also known as Zenith, was acquired in 2018 by Isam Khairi Kabbani Group Group. Due to the growing markets of the Middle East and to meet the increased demand of Zenith’s products and the expansion of its product lines, the factory was established in the Industrial City south of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on two 10,000 square meters’ plants.
IKK Glass
IKK Glass Works Co. (IKK Glass) was established in 2018, it is considered one of the most extensive and well-equipped integrated manufacturing facilities in the Middle East to process high performance architectural glass:

• Insulated Glass Units (IGU)
IKK MateenBar
In 2018, IKK Mateenbar Company was established. It is a joint venture between Isam Khairi Kabbani Group and the New Zealand company Pultron Composites to establish the first advanced manufacturing facility to produce fiberglass rebar in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
