We have proudly employed individuals with special needs for a long time, and their numbers now exceed 150 within our offices and manufacturing facilities.
We have carefully studied their needs and collaborated with our centralized departments to design a work environment that accommodates various challenges. From accessible facilities like adapted restrooms and easy-to-reach parking spaces to flexible working hours and special transportation services, we are committed to removing barriers that could hinder their participation. Each year, we strive to improve and expand these efforts, ensuring that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, can contribute meaningfully to our workforce.
CEO’s Message to Employees with Disabilities
People with disabilities have the right to rehabilitation, care, work, and education on an equal basis with their peers. Our company’s management has been keen to support them in making their own decisions and encouraging them to work, which enhances their self-efficacy, recognizes their strengths, and helps to develop and encourage their talents. By doing so, we provide opportunities for them to contribute in various ways and showcase their abilities. This has been achieved by developing our employees with special needs through initiatives such as offering English language and computer skills courses, in addition to facilitating their employment.
As part of the Group’s 2024 strategic plan, we have ensured that our facilities and work environments are adapted to suit their abilities. Furthermore, we have increased awareness among our employees regarding how to engage with their colleagues who have disabilities, and we have offered training programs to enhance communication and interaction with them. Through this plan and our ongoing efforts, the Group aims to become a leader in Saudi Arabia in this noble endeavor, contributing meaningfully to community service.
