The journey began with the establishment of the first PVC pipes factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia “NEPROPLAST.”

1977
شهدت المملكة في أواخر السبعينيات نمو اقتصادي ملحوظ، تزامن مع ظهور مجموعة القباني للإنشاءات والصيانة (KCG) كمقاول متخصص. بدأت الشركة أعمالها في مجال العزل المائي، ثم توسعت تدريجيًا لتقدم مجموعة واسعة من خدمات المقاولات والهندسة المتخصصة بمعايير عالية.

Isam Kabbani & Partners for Supply & Trade Co. (IKK Foods) was founded as a modest enterprise in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Initially established as a food supplier, the company was one of the leading companies to enter the food trading market in the Kingdom.

تأسيس شركة الحياة لمواد البناء المحدودة (HBMC) كمؤسسة تجارية معتمدة لبيع مجموعة متنوعة من الأدوات الصحية المستوردة وملحقات دورات المياه لمشاريع البناء، بالإضافة إلى تلبية احتياجات قطاعي الجملة والتجزئة.

The exceptional quality and strong reputation KCG built in the contracting industry paved the way for the establishment of two new companies designed to support the demands of major players in the Saudi economy. COSMA was created to deliver specialized services tailored to the unique requirements and stringent standards of ARAMCO, while ISD was founded to provide bespoke contracting and maintenance solutions for prominent clients such as SABIC, MARAFIQ, and SEC.

Isam Kabbani & Partners for Supply & Trade Co. (IKK Foods) joined the IKK Group. It developed into a specialized company dedicated to delivering premier food supplies, ingredients, and top consumer products sourced from more than 10 countries worldwide.

1995
Adada&sons and IKK Group have joined forces to establish Adada&Kabbani, a joint venture dedicated to manufacturing and selling customized kitchens and cabinetry. This collaboration marks a significant expansion of our services within the manufacturing and trading industries.

2010
- During this period, our business expanded significantly in the MENA region. Accordingly, we have established several branches for our KCG and UNITECH companies in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Bahrain, Egypt, and Lebanon.
- KCG’s R&D department established INSPECTECH, a company specializing in advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions for comprehensive structural assessments and the integrated rehabilitation of complex projects.

2011
As part of our commitment to expanding our manufacturing capabilities to meet the increasing demands of the market and construction industry, IKK Group established FULAZ. An advanced manufacturing facility that provides comprehensive solutions for heavy steel structures.

2015
- We have expanded our portfolio in the construction industry to include architectural processed glass solutions by establishing the IKK Glass Factory. The factory stands out in Saudi Arabia through its strategic partnerships with renowned global suppliers and the use of the latest advanced glass processing technologies across the region.
- As part of our dedication to sustainability and in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030's emphasis on green initiatives, KCG has strategically diversified its portfolio to include renewable energy solutions. Through the establishment of IKK Energy under KCG, we offer turnkey solar PV services, demonstrating our commitment to advancing a sustainable future.

2017
KCG's R&D department integrated digitization into its engineering and construction services, leading to the establishment of the Digital Construction Unit (DCU). The company provides advanced digital applications that fundamentally transform our operations and enhance the value of engineering solutions delivered to our customers.

2018
- A joint venture was established between IKK Group and Pultron Composites Company under the name of “IKK Mateenbar” to introduce fiberglass rebar (GFRB) as a corrosion-free sustainable substitute for steel and epoxy steel reinforcement.
- With the establishment of a cutting-edge facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we introduced the globally renowned Zenith brand, recognized for its high-quality plastic piping systems, to the Saudi and regional markets.

2020
- Despite the global pandemic, IKK Group adapted swiftly by leveraging its local manufacturing facilities, which are built to international standards, to meet demand and explore new opportunities. This advantage allowed us to maintain smooth operations, turning challenges into opportunities, and continuing to support the Kingdom’s construction needs as a trusted local supplier.
- As a leading Saudi contractor with expertise in structure rehabilitation, KCG has diversified its offerings to align with Vision 2030's focus on preserving national heritage addressing projects’ requirements. KCG established Archeotech in collaboration with international experts to provide archaeological investigation and heritage consultancy, and HRC for heritage building conservation and restoration services.

2022 - 2024
- Our portfolio witnessed a significant addition with the establishment of Unique Façade Engineering (UFE). UFE specializes in aluminum, glass, and metal contracting, offering innovative and sustainable building envelope solutions across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
- KCG has formed successful and strategic alliances with international industry leaders in tunneling, marine, and offshore maintenance services, driving innovation and excellence to our client's projects.
- We launched the Specialized Aluminum Facades Company (SAFC) in Jeddah, a cutting-edge aluminum fabrication facility. This new venture marks IKK Group's entry into the aluminum industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality aluminum façades and elevating the standards of local construction capabilities
