About the Company
IKK Mateenbar is a strategic joint venture between New Zealand’s Pultron Composites Company and the Isam Khairi Kabbani Group (IKK), establishing the first Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) rebar factory in Saudi Arabia. Initiated by Saudi Aramco to support sustainable construction solutions, the factory produces GFRP rebar as a corrosion-free and innovative alternative to traditional steel reinforcement. Since its launch in 2020, IKK Mateenbar has been leading the adoption of this technology in the Kingdom’s construction sector. The factory offers a comprehensive range of GFRP rebar products in various sizes and shapes, designed to combine strength, flexibility, and long-term durability, meeting the needs of modern building and infrastructure projects.
