At a time when Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was witnessing the early stages of its industrial development, Isam Khairi Kabbani Group began its industrial journey with the establishment of NEPROPLAST, the first facility in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East to manufacture plastic piping systems (PVC).

The National Marketing (NAMAT) Company was founded with the purpose of marketing and distributing NEPROPLAST products in the marketplace.

In the late seventies, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experienced economic growth, which coincided with the emergence of Kabbani Construction Group (KCG) as a specialized contractor. Initially focused on waterproofing, KCG has since expanded to offer a wide range of high-standard specialized contracting services.

We continued to aspire to meet the demands of emerging projects, which led to the establishment of UNITECH Company, focusing on supplying building and construction materials with the goal of becoming a leading supplier in the industry.

Al Hayat Building Materials (HBMC) Company was established to provide a variety of imported sanitary ware and toilet accessories for construction projects, as well as the wholesale and retail sectors.

KCG established COSMA to serve ARAMCO’s high standards, followed by ISD to deliver tailored solutions for SABIC, MARAFIQ, and SEC.

After excelling in the market, UNITECH entered the manufacturing industry by establishing the "SFSP" factory, supported by an experienced team of engineers, to produce high quality, locally manufactured advanced light steel products.

IKK Foods joined the IKK Group as an exclusive distributor of selected international food brands in Saudi strengthening the Group’s presence in the food sector.

Adada & Kabbani was established as a joint venture between the Isam Khairi Kabbani Group and Adada & Sons, continuing its leadership in bespoke kitchens and architectural woodwork while expanding into interior and exterior fit-out solutions.

During this period, the Group expanded significantly across the MENA region, establishing several KCG and UNITECH branches in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, the Sultanate .of Oman, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Egypt.

As part of our commitment to expanding our manufacturing capabilities to meet the increasing demands of the market and construction industry, IKK Group established FULAZ An advanced manufacturing facility that provides comprehensive solutions for heavy steel .structures.

KCG expanded into renewable energy with the establishment of IKK Energy Company, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and sustainability in construction.

Diversified our construction solutions portfolio with the establishment of IKK Glass Factory, offering architectural processed glass solutions.

Introduced the renowned ZENITH brand to Saudi and regional markets by acquiring its facility, later relocating it to Dammam to better meet demand.

2020

Despite the global pandemic, IKK Group adapted swiftly by leveraging its local manufacturing facilities, to meet demand and explore new opportunities. This advantage allowed us to maintain smooth operations, turning challenges into opportunities, and continuing to support the Kingdom’s construction needs as a trusted local supplier.

As a leading Saudi contractor with expertise in structure rehabilitation, KCG established Archeotech in collaboration with international experts to provide archaeological investigation and heritage consultancy, and HRC for heritage building conservation and restoration services.

A joint venture between IKK Group and Pultron Composites led to the establishment of IKK Mateenbar, the first GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) rebar manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The factory received ARAMCO approval to officially supply GFRP for its strategic projects, positioning it as a key provider of corrosion-free reinforcement solutions in the Kingdom.

Established Unique Façade Engineering (UFE), a specialized company in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of diverse façade systems and building envelopes across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.

The Specialized Aluminum Facades Company (SAFC) in Jeddah, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the design, engineering, and fabrication of high-performance aluminum façades.

Sands of Time established as a heritage marketing and development company, bringing Saudi Arabia’s history and culture to life through storytelling, immersive media, and expert research.
