- • Provide administrative support to management and relevant teams.
- • Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative records, correspondence, reports, forms, and other documentation.
- • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules, and follow up on required actions.
- • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate parties.
- • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files to ensure accurate filing and easy retrieval.
- • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and periodic administrative data.
- • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to complete administrative requirements and follow up on pending matters.
- • Maintain the confidentiality of employee, company, and business information at all times.
